Shipping/Delivery Policy

The Shipping Delivery Policy employed is to ship all orders received before two p.m. Eastern time on the same day as the order is received. The books are shipped first class letter mail (air mail) to be delivered to the recipients address by the regular postal service.  A signature will be requested by the delivery postal service as proof of delivery.

Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday.  Delivery in the city of Toronto will be two business days.  Delivery in Ontario up to four days and delivery throughout Canada up to a week depending upon location.

 Delivery to addresses in the United States will be from four to 12 days depending on the physical distance from Toronto, although delivery to any major centers should be within a week.

International orders could take up to two weeks depending upon their distance from Toronto.

There is always a possible delay through customs within the recipient country, although books are not usually subject to delay.

However some countries do ban books.  Canada Post does provide the current customs guidelines of every country or jurisdiction in the world. If we suspect that the book may be banned in some jurisdiction, we will refer to the customs regulations of that country to clarify whether we can ship a book to that jurisdiction..

The paperback book is packaged in a bubble envelope and should arrive at its destination in good physical condition.

If there are any problems with delivery or the condition of the product, the publisher should be sent an e-mail message immediately so that the problem can be corrected.
